Moving from Boston to Boulder I understand the drive to get to a state that truly values outdoor enrichment and nature preservation above all else. From hiking to skiing to biking, I am fortunate to be able to participate in all of the wonderful outdoor activities sunny Colorado provides. Relocating with my father who is 60+ to Colorado gave me an insight into the type of environment and active lifestyle many are looking to tap into post retirement. Being aware of the driving forces that bring millennials, gen x, and older individuals to a state like Colorado, I understand the wants and desires that need to be met from a multi-generational approach. Being experienced in residential design, and sales, I combine home marketing expertise, with the know-how of what makes a home desirable and livable to help you realistically achieve your financial mechanical and design goals as it relates to your home. After studying Fine Arts in Interior Design and Architecture in Boston, I knew I wanted to be immersed in the world of residential property. With a passion for getting Clients what they want and advising them on the practical end of money-making renovations, I landed in the career of real estate sales and design consultation. With a focus of adaptive reuse in my arts education as it relates to architecture and design, I have a strong affinity for taking the unlikely and turning it into something spectacular. From old shipping warehouses turned sprawling community centers, to dilapidated churches and firehouses turned into luxurious dwellings, I find value in taking a fresh look at the old and forgotten. With an emphasis on protecting the character of unique and charming neighborhoods, I advise clients to look at what they can work with, rather what they can tear up. No matter what dreams you have for your current or future residence, I am here to guide you every step of the way so you can capitalize on your investments, no matter how big or small. Because, after all, a home is an investment for your family now, and future generations to come.

-Best,

Christian Vail
